Our client is a leading Property Management team that is looking for their next team player to join their highly skilled team. If you are looking to work in a fantastic open planned office with a shop front on a grand scale, in a prominent location surrounding by EVERYTHING you need, then this is the role for you.
The Role:
- Manage an exceptionally well-maintained portfolio of approximately 180 properties – all properties are local
- Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
- Manage arrears and conduct rent reviews
- Resolve escalated issues and complaints
The Candidate:
- The Tools of the Trade – Certificate of Registration or License, car, drivers license
- A background in Real Estate
- A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
- The ability to work in a top performing team
