- Strong project delivery experience working within General Insurance and Financial Services, with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape.
- Essential knowledge and practical experience with a wide range of project management tools, but specifically Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent influencing and team management skills with demonstrable experience in driving delivery outcomes of a team.
- Demonstrated experience in cost management, budgeting and forecasting with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in both Agile practices as well as more traditional methodologies.
