About the role:
- Managing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, such as leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, liaising with contractors and vendors as necessary.
- Developing and executing effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Screening and selecting tenants through comprehensive background and credit checks.
- Handling lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintaining precise and current property records, including financial documents and tenant information.
The Person:
- Prior experience in a similar Property Management role.
- Possession of a valid Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License for NSW and an Australian Driver's License, which are essential.
- An energetic and positive personality, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Immaculate presentation and a motivated self-starter attitude.
