Little Bird Properties is a dynamic Property Management only business. Centrally located in Manuka and managing properties across Canberra & Queanbeyan/Jerrabomberra/Googong, we are a boutique agency specialising in quality & tailored client services.

We are seeking someone who is keen to step up into a property management role & work within a team.

About the role

As a member of the property management team you will be responsible for the assisting with the day to day management of a well maintained portfolio. Your role will include:

• Liaising & negotiating with clients;
• Managing arrears;
• Conducting inspections (ingoing condition reports, routine inspections, final inspections);
• Maintain & organise maintenance;
• General administration duties;
• Using our PM software (including PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express);

Skills and experience

• ACT registration (or working towards) 
• Strong work ethic
• A genuine passion for the industry and a drive to exceed client expectations
• Current drivers licence & car
• Well-presented & exceptional communication skills
• Strong time management & punctuality
