Little Bird Properties is a dynamic Property Management only business. Centrally located in Manuka and managing properties across Canberra & Queanbeyan/Jerrabomberra/Googong, we are a boutique agency specialising in quality & tailored client services.
We are seeking someone who is keen to step up into a property management role & work within a team.
About the role
As a member of the property management team you will be responsible for the assisting with the day to day management of a well maintained portfolio. Your role will include:
- Liaising & negotiating with clients;
- Managing arrears;
- Conducting inspections (ingoing condition reports, routine inspections, final inspections);
- Maintain & organise maintenance;
- General administration duties;
- Using our PM software (including PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express);

Skills and experience
- ACT registration (or working towards)
- Strong work ethic

- Current drivers licence & car
