Position Overview: As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for both property owners and tenants. From lease administration to property maintenance, you'll play a key role in maximizing the value of our clients' investments while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- NO portfolio management
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including single-family homes, apartments, and condominiums.
- Oversee all aspects of property management, including lease administration, rent collection, and tenant relations.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Develop and implement comprehensive leasing and marketing strategies to minimize vacancies and maximize rental income.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates and recommendations to optimize property performance.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing residential rental properties.
- Mentor and support junior property management staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in residential property management.
- Real estate license or certification required.
- Tenant relations, and property maintenance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in property management software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
