Offering a range of specialised residential property and financial services, its mission is to maximise investor returns by managing their property portfolios effectively, facilitated by experienced and dedicated staff.
This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a sophisticated portfolio of 140 properties, with little to NO OUT-of-OFFICE DUTIES with WFH Capabilities!
The Role:

• Portfolio Management of only 140 properties
• Central Gold Coast Portfolio - Tidy & well-managed
• Issue leases
• Manage arrears
• Upload rental listings online
• Tenant sign-ups
• Liaise with owners and tenants

Monday - Friday only SALARY + FUEL ALLOWANCE!

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous Property Management experience
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration is essential
• A valid driver's license
• Strong Communication and organisation skills are a MUST
• Previous experience using Property ME software advantageous
