The role:

Our brand new Cannington office has created a unique opportunity for a Property Manager to grow their own portfolio! 

Incentives are in place to fuel your success, and our motivated sales team and strong referral channels will keep your portfolio growing.

• Current small portfolio to manage (currently only 20 properties)
• Manage and convert office leads into new managements
• Nurture new and existing client relationships  
• Help investors in their purchasing decisions by providing suburb reports and home open walk through videos
• See the property from sign up to leasing to day to day management 
• No trust accounting (in house Trust Accountant at head office)
• Supportive HOD and established processes and procedures in place to assist your day to day tasks, including remote professionals
• CPD provided
• WFH options 1 day per week can be negotiated after successful probation period

You will…

• Hold a current Property Management Registration
• Have at least 2 years Property Management Experience
• Hold a current clean Drivers Licence
• Be tech-savvy
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoy problem solving and be a quick thinker
• Enjoy a team environment and having a laugh
