- Processing contractor mobilisations including site entry documents, flights, rosters and inductions
- Overseeing village accommodation allocations
- Ensuring integrity of accommodation and charter flight database
- Responding to resident enquiries
- Coordinating on site personnel logistics through effective management of the on-site vehicle fleet
- Raising and receipting of monthly purchase requisitions
- Respond to after-hours enquiries as required
- Providing reports as required
- Provide administrative support to the Site Services team as required
- Plan and organise entertainment/social events held in the accommodation village
You will be able to work autonomously with proven administrative skills and the ability to function well under pressure. Additionally, the role requires accuracy in data entry, attention to detail, an ability to prioritise and to multi task.You will also have:
- Strong administration skills in Personnel Logistics
- 3 years’ experience in administrative role, preferably in a customer service type role within the resources industry
- Experience in maintaining Oracle EBS and an accommodation / flight database such as SAMS, INX, Workflow or similar
- Current C Class Drivers License (essential)
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work whilst ensuring attention to detail
