- 5 days per week (must be available on Saturdays)
A fantastic opportunity exists for a Property Manager to join our award-winning agency.
Essential Criteria:
- Assistant Agent/ Licence qualification
- Car & drivers licence
- Property Management experience
- Impeccable organisational and time management skills along with the ability to work unsupervised
- Outstanding communication skills
Your day will be busy however varied, assisting with the management of our portfolio of properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Assisting with repairs and maintenance
- Assisting with property leasing
