The Client:

The Duties:
- Conducting open homes
- Handling ongoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Diligently checking rental applications.
- Communicating with owners and tenants
- Managing rental arrears
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Delivering exceptional customer service
A Certificate of Registration is essential as well as a reliable car and valid drivers license. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in managing a rental portfolio
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High communication skills both written and verbal
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Strong maturity
- The ability to work in a team
