Position: Home Care Package, Client Services Manager
Location: Clayton Office, Carer's Network
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Client Services, preferably within the healthcare or home care sector.
- Strong understanding of home care packages and familiarity with government funding mechanisms.
- Proven track record of leadership, time management, and achieving organisational goals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and decision-making, especially in fast-paced environments.
- A compassionate approach to care, driven by a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality home care services.
- Oversee the assessment, allocation, and monitoring of Home Care Packages to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, caregivers, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and optimise service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implement strategies to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
