Property Manager

The Company 

Specializing in customized Build to Rent (BTR) Management Solutions, our client brings over 27 years of expertise in property and asset management across Australia and New Zealand. They are looking for a Property Manager who can contribute to their dynamic team by ensuring exceptional resident experiences and supporting day-to-day property operations.
  
The Opportunity 
 
Reporting To: General Manager
Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:  

• Create a friendly environment that delivers an exceptional customer service experience for our residents
• Ensure apartment turnaround times are in conjunction with targeted KPIs, ensuring routine inspections and repairs are carried out prior to move out
• Assist with the day-to-day property management of apartments
• Be thoroughly familiar with the management agreement and manage the property to achieve all associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct and complete routine inspections and reports within required timeframes
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required
• Assisting with the planning and execution of community events in collaboration with the wider team and General Manager
• Implement engagement strategy for resident app to ensure high levels of usage and engagement
• Ensure accurate accounting of all resident related accounts for occupancy fee and sundries
• Assist the leasing function on a day-to-day basis, escalating any issues to the GM  

About You:

• 1-3 years experience in Property Management 
• Excellent customer service experience 
• Attention to details 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Prior staff management experience (not essential) 
• Hold a current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or full QLD Real Estate License to conduct Real Estate Business
• National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia
