Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing general admin & assistance
- Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Preparing leases and lease renewals
- Operating Property Tree software, Inspection Manager, and other PM software systems.
The successful applicant must possess the following.
- A current driver's license.
- Relevant real estate qualifications or willingness to obtain one.
- Time management and organisation skills.
- Conflict resolution and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written).
- Ability to work unsupervised.
