The Role:
Operating out of stunning, modern offices, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate to join a sleek and dynamic team. With an impressive portfolio of high-end properties, Monday to Friday, we are looking for someone to:
- Serve as an office all-rounder, providing essential support to the Property Management department
- Process tenant applications efficiently
- Conduct thorough reference checks
- Liaise effectively with clients
- Occasionally assist with open homes
Skills & Experience:
- Valid NSW real estate license/certificate of registration
- NSW driver's license and reliable, well-presented vehicle
- Confident, hardworking individual with a can-do attitude
- Exceptional communication skills and professional phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Immaculate personal presentation, with excellent organizational and time management skills
