Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic marketing professional to join our high-performing Industrial team based in our Mascot office. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to lead and innovate with marketing and create memorable service experiences for clients and customers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage and prioritise numerous, multi-layered projects in accordance with deadlines, whilst effectively communicating progress back to the Director in Charge and clients.
- Design and produce submissions and marketing materials including presentations, pitches, capability statements, graphics and visual imagery.
- Prepare media schedules and budgets for campaigns based on the project’s objectives, and targets, seek relevant approvals, and then execute campaigns regularly reporting on its effectiveness and performance.
- Develop working relationships with external creative agencies to ensure each commercial project is effectively delivered with guidance from client.
- Attend initial project workshops with clients to ensure all Colliers managed marketing items are addressed.
- Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots, including negotiating rates, scheduling filming on site, writing scripts, gathering relevant feedback and approvals, and pushing final output on relevant platforms.
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the property industry.
- Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong initiative and personal drive to see tasks through to high-quality completion.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
