People2People is delighted to be partnered with an instantly recognisable, global freight forwarder organisation located in Melbourne's North-West. This organisation is requiring an Administration Assistant to start as soon as possible.THE ROLE:
This is a temp position with no end date.
- Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
- 100% on site position
- Greeting delivery drivers and collecting delivery information
- Answering of phones and emails from customers
- Ad hoc administrative and office based tasks
You will have:
- Experience working in a reception, administration or customer service position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A can-do attitude with high attention to detail
