The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and organised Property Officer to join our Maritime Property Services team.

In this role you will ensure the accurate and prompt processing of designated lease, property management and land administration matters.  You will also undertake research on variety of property related matters.  You will apply your strong administration skills and provide project management support for the property management section.

The successful applicant will need to have an eye for detail, good writing and verbal skills, proven ability to research complex issues and be highly organised. A major focus of this role is to maintain and manage property records and documents, including property databases and therefore requires a strong understanding of property management financial reporting.  Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders will ensure your success in this role.

There is a one (1) permanent position available for immediate filling.
