About the Role
Matrix Composites & Engineering Pty is seeking a Site Officer. Based at our Henderson facility, this role will be responsible for providing a broad range of support for safety, training, and facilities administration, as well as broader site administration duties. This position will include a rotating roster with a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday). The roster will consist of 6 am-2 pm shifts for week one, followed by 10 am-6 pm shifts for week two.
Some of the duties you will be responsible for include:
- Conducting site inductions for new employees, contractors, and visitors to the Henderson facility.
- Setting up and maintaining site security passes for all workers
- Coordinating, liaising with and supervising contractors performing work within the facility
- Assisting with booking WHS Compliance training and refresher courses
- Organising medicals for the purpose of workers' compensation and injury management
- Providing exceptional Customer Service to anyone entering the facility
- Comprehensive range of administrative support for the Matrix facility including leave coverage for the Office Coordinator and MCT Sales Administrator

About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Organised, thorough, process focused and meticulous attention to detail with good time management
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Knowledge of the safety management system (myOSH) will be highly regarded.
A high commitment to safety is essential.
