Property Officer / Leasing Officer | $30 - $45 Per Hour | All Expenses Paid

We are looking for an organised and motivated assistant property manager/Property Officer to manage a portfolio of properties. This is a great position to start or progress your career in Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings & tours and interviewing prospective tenants (all schedules, agreements etc will be done by our admin staff)
• Inspecting property conditions.
• Reporting any problems or issues to the property manager.
• Assisting our team as required

As an applicant, we ask that you have the following: 

• A current driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Good time management and organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
• Ability to work unsupervised and unassisted
• A certificate of registration (Real Estate)
