We have partnered with a well-known top-tier commercial firm who are looking to appoint a hard-working and motivated paralegal to their growing property division. You will work alongside market-leading lawyers and corporate services, in one of Australia's most successful real-estate and property law practices. This will be a fast-paced role requiring direct liaison with clients and other involved parties throughout the process. You will be confident independently managing your day, by possessing excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Your duties will include:
- Opening, maintaining and closing files;
- Drafting, collating and lodging contracts, statements and special conditions;
- Issuing and following up the completion of relevant documents;
- Managing day-to-day conveyancing and registration matters and
- Attending settlements.

To be successful you will possess the following:
- At least 2 years' experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in property, real-estate or finance;
- Have knowledge of or experience in the commercial conveyancing process;
- A familiarity with PEXA and/or Duties Online;
- The ability take initiative, stay organised and be proactive.
