• Leading and managing a team to ensure high quality outputs, including building team capability to maintain a high level of expertise and encouraging career development.
• Setting clear performance expectations, conducting regular performance evaluations, and facilitating professional development for team members.
• Fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive excellence and meet project objectives.
• Implementing best practices and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of integrations.
• Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Generating reports and metrics to track team performance and project progress.
• Ensuring deadlines are consistently met and that a high standard of technical and design documentation is provide

Essential Team Lead Experience required:

• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing Enterprise Integration projects.
• Proven ability to communicate with influence, negotiate outcomes and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Sound knowledge and experience in successfully managing and delivering results within time restraints and with competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff while developing capabilities, encouraging career development, and embedding professionalism.
• Demonstrated personal drive and integrity whilst achieving results within legislative and budget parameters.

Technical Experience required:

• Experience working with Agile Delivery Teams,
• Experience using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience working with Microsoft technologies like C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, React, Web API, SQL server.
• Experience working with cloud-based software development tools like Azure API gateways, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Knowledge of IDAM tools such as SailPoint and IDAM standards, such as SAML, LDAP, and 0Auth.
• Knowledge of Cl/CD tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Knowledge of integrated security controls in Cl/CD pipelines using SAST/DAST tools like Microfocus Fortify.
• Understanding of GraphQL, SOAP, microservices of other API technologies.

Job Details:

• Start 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 with 2x12 months extensions on offer
• Locations: ACT or QLD (other states considered and travel required)
• You must be an Australian Citizen& hold a NV1 Security Clearance
