ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Proposals/Bid Coordinator who thrives in a busy environment to join our National Bid Team.
The role is permanent full-time and can be based from Ertech offices in Perth, Sydney or Brisbane.
You will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and development of bids, expressions of interest and prequalification’s for current and prospective clients. As a member of the national proposals team, you will share responsibility for coordinating and maintaining the bid content library and managing bid processes.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Prepare and co-ordinate the production of bid responses to ensure bids are delivered on-time and in compliance with client requirements.
- Engage with bid and broader company stakeholders to collate bid specific content to produce high-quality bids.
- Continually improve company collateral and information to support bids.
- Maintain records, activity, and information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, on tender portals and in other bid-related systems.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- A positive approach, keen to learn and a passion for delivering great outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills that grow good relations with all stakeholders.
- An eye for detail, excellent administration, and document control skills.
- Great organisational skills to manage concurrent work deadlines under pressure.
- Professional verbal and written communication

- Proficient in the MS Office suite and web-based tools
- Adobe InDesign preferred but not essential
