You will devise commercial strategies and opportunities to grow premium whilst leading the development and optimisation of premium customer segmentation.Responsibilities Include:
- Contribute to premium strategy through providing commercial insights and identifying opportunities.
- Measure effectiveness of value proposition and drive continuous optimization of operations.
- Report on and deliver weekly, fortnightly and monthly Premium performance to business stakeholders and make strategic / operational recommendations
- Liaise with reporting and analytics teams to design effective BI tools, insights and analysis to optimize performance of Premium cohort.
- Work with the Value team to ensure a competitive and consistent Premium proposition.
- Support Relationship Management team with commercial trends and reporting whilst engaging and educating the broader business to deliver on our strategy.
