  • Salary $76,294 - $87,260 per annum (pro rata) + 11% Superannuation
  • Part Time (22.6 hours a week) - 10 month appointment
  • Flexible working arrangements

The role:

As an integral part of the Community Safety Prosecutions Program, you will be responsible for providing professional services in relation to the processing of matters for the Magistrates Court on behalf of Whitehorse City Council.  

Responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Compiling concise and accurate briefs of evidence
  • Responding to enquiries and correspondence relating to prosecution and court related matters
  • Accurate and efficient handling of information  
  • Liaising with customers, external and internal stakeholders
  • Attending Court with Council's Prosecutors 
  • Using and maintaining a current knowledge relating to legislation and court process

  • Strong skills in managing time, planning of own work and where appropriate other employees.
