Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will have the full support of the Psychologists, Receptionist, administration, marketing, and systems teams.Skills & experienceKey requirements:

• General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients and staff effectively
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team environment
• Willing to work with clients who present with a variety of presentations.
• Experience with trauma is preferred
• Dedication to providing high-quality counselling to all clients
• Excellent organisational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct client sessions professionally and positively always
• Work with a diverse client base with a range of presentations
• Conducting client assessments as required, including comprehensive history taking and relevant assessments to aid in formulation and treatment plans
• To evaluate and research as needed to prepare interventions and treatment plans effectively
• To continually evaluate individual client progress to make intervention or treatment adjustments as needed
