Mind on Health is a well-established psychology practice with an excellent reputation with local GPs, mental health professionals, and the wider community for the standard of care provided to the Gold Coast community. Founded in 2014, Mind on Health has a solid reputation for assisting practitioners to establish their Private Practices. In 2022, we expanded our established clinic in Oxenford to open up a brand new clinic in Parkwood. With brand-new offices and referrals of child, adolescent and adult clients ready and waiting, you choose the presentations and age ranges of clients you are happy to see. If you also conduct assessments, we have assessment referrals ready for you. You will walk straight into a rewarding case load and be well supported by a warm, friendly and efficient practice manager and reception staff, and will be able to engage in regular peer supervision.

• Assistance with marketing to develop your relationships with local referrers
• Participate in peer supervision
• Ability to work office hours on any day Monday to Friday or outside of office hours if preferred, e.g., on weekends and/or evenings.
• Potential to offer clients home appointments if preferred. 
• Potential to offer clients sessions via Telehealth if preferred.
• Earn an excellent salary or choose to be on a generous split fee arrangement.

Essential criteria required for this role:

• Registration with Psychology Board of Australia
• Eligibility for registration to provide psychological services under Medicare
• Experience in treating a range of mental health concerns using various modalities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain relationships with referring doctors and the community
• Professional and motivated, self-driven, and reliable
• Warm and dedicated to provide a high level of psychological care

Mind on Health is a busy Private Practice providing psychology services with locations in Oxenford and Parkwood. Both complexes have ample parking and are in a convenient location to the M1, schools, public transport, shops and food outlets.
