About the Role
The purpose of this role is to deliver senior Psychology services within QEII Hospital, aligned with Geriatric Medicine. The role will lead the growth of the psychology service in this area, and focus on clinical assessment, treatment and support of complex presentations within a collaborative multi professional setting.

This includes:
• Delivering high quality evidenced based Psychology clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning interprofessional team. 
• Contribution to the advancement of quality Psychology services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
• Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
• Providing supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).
