Part time Pharmacy Assistant and Casual Pharmacy Assistant
- Passion for beauty and health
- Assist customers to make their selection by advising on the features and benefits of products that meet their needs
- Excellent customer service interaction
- Merchandising flair and creativity to organise in store events to showcase our brands
- Stock ordering and marking off stock
- Projecting a positive, friendly, enthusiastic manner to both fellow team members and customers alike.
- Actively working in the front of shop to assist our customers through professional advice, providing a caring and informed service.
- Continuous drive for increasing sales, through 'add-on' sales, and by providing input and ideas on how to continuously build our customer base
- Supporting catalogue and supplier promotions by participating in activities to maximise sales.
- Achieving and exceeding sales budgets
- Assisting in unpacking orders and stocking shelves
- Being confident, comfortable and capable of providing customers the correct product information.
- Assisting in supporting, motivating and training colleagues
- Competent computer skills
- Ability to do Ear piercing (training provided)
- Opportunity to upskill to Supervisor position
- S2/S3 certificate and First aid training can be provided
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- Passion for beauty, fragrances, cosmetics, skincare and healthcare
- Exceptional customer service with the desire to exceed customer's expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work well in a fast pace team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow and ability to train
- Available to work weekdays and flexibility to work weekends
-Previous experience in retail pharmacy is ideal (not essential)
