PUB MANAGEMENT COUPLE | $200K package + Accom + Super

As the General Management Couple, you will play in control of the success of our client's establishment. This is a hands-on position where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of the pub's operations including food and beverage, accommodation, and events.
• Leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding service and exceed customer expectations.
• Implementing effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost control measures to maximise profitability.
• Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and patrons.
• Compliance and very sound knowledge of all licensing laws and an ability to build rapport with authorities

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience as a General Manager/ Licensee and 2-3 years for partner in management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and report concisely and transparently.
• Exposure, experience and knowledge of H&L POS systems would be advantageous.
