The role:
As the Retirement Living & Business Development Coordinator you will be responsible for the management of client sales, coordination of administrative and operational activities across the Retirement Living and Residential operations and building the local brand of Doutta Galla Harmony Village in Shepparton.
You will be responsible for generating awareness in the referral healthcare network of the residential, Retirement Living and in-home care services Doutta Galla provides. Pivotal to the role will be your ability to cultivate key referral relationships and ability to identify new business opportunities to further develop the referral pipeline. You will ensure our services stay front of mind with social workers, GPs, allied health professionals and community leaders resulting in greater market penetration and revenue growth.
Providing excellent end-to-end customer service, you will provide advice and support to potential residents and their families. You will conduct tours, explain the costs associated with entry to aged care services and Retirement Living properties, while providing a welcoming experience and supporting a comfortable transition into Doutta Galla Homes and access to services.
You will have:
- Superior customer service, relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport, with a warm and friendly nature.
- Networking and Business Development experience within hospital groups, GPs, social workers, allied health professionals and local communities.
- Solutions-based selling experience based on customer needs.
- Experience working towards and achieving service and sales KPIs.
- A tertiary qualification preferably in social work, health care or business.
