The Opportunity

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
- Expertise: Qualifications as a Registered engineer or in Asset Management, GIS, or related fields.
- Leadership: Experience in management, guiding teams towards success and fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Strategic Vision: A proven track record in strategic and operational Asset Management, driving initiatives that enhance our community's infrastructure.
- Innovation: Experience in implementing and managing cutting-edge asset management systems, utilizing technology to optimize efficiency.
- Technical Excellence: Proficiency in civil engineering investigation, design, and construction techniques, ensuring our assets are built and maintained to the highest standards.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated skills in resource management, budgeting, and financial principles, ensuring responsible stewardship of our resources.
- Policy Development: Ability to craft policies, strategies, plans, and reports that shape the future of our asset management practices.
- Compliance: Knowledge of OH&S Legislation, Codes of Practice, Acts, and Standards relevant to Asset Management and Local Government, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- Mobility: Possession of a current driver's license, enabling you to traverse our region and oversee asset sites effectively.
