What you will be doing:
- Press Office / Media Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact, nurturing day-to-day relationships with media outlets. Collaborate confidently with the media to pitch and develop compelling stories across various platforms.
- Client Leadership: Lead client activities from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring exceptional service delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Proactive PR: Identify and seize PR opportunities beyond agreed project / campaign KPIs, driving impactful coverage and brand visibility.
- Creative Collaboration: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and respond to client briefs with innovative ideas and strategic solutions.
- Influencer Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant sport, hospitality, and lifestyle KOL’s and influencers aligned with client brands.
- Business Growth: Drive the commercial success of client portfolios, contributing to revenue growth and business expansion.
- PR Execution: Plan and execute diverse PR executions, including influencer engagement, content partnerships, photo calls, press conferences, and consumer events.
- Campaign Reporting: Provide comprehensive reporting on the effectiveness of integrated PR campaigns, analysing key metrics and insights.
- Based in Perth
- Minimum of three years’ PR agency or in-house experience.
- A degree or similar qualifications in PR and communications.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the Australian lifestyle and news media landscape with established media and creator relationships.
- A real “can do”, positive, go-getter attitude who gets the job done.
- Enjoy a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with the ability to multi-task and problem-solve autonomously.
- Brilliant communication skills: writing, verbal, presentation design, and social media skills.
- Demonstrated creative thinking and innovative approach to PR strategies and campaign execution.

The typical hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm however there will be a requirement to work the occasional irregular hours to meet client deadlines and execute tasks and events. Attending networking events and social occasions with clients will also add to your working hours.
