We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Mechanical Fitter / Pump Service Technician with pump experience to join our Mackay team.
About Us
Kelair Pumps Australia (a member of the AxFlow Group) is a well-established, nation wide business with 8 locations throughout Australia. A market leader in the pump and water industry, we are a major player in the sales and service of the widest range of pumping equipment in Australia. With national OEM contracts, we have current client contracts in place requiring servicing.
About the role
- Pump repair, maintenance and assessment
- Testing and troubleshooting
- Component restoration work
- Documenting service records
- On-site/field and workshop based work
About You
- Technically minded, hands on, problem solver
- Reliable, dependable, team player
- Physically fit for manual handling of tasks
- Be OH&S aware and willing to commit to quality and safe work procedures
- Current Australian driver’s license
- Previous pump experience would be highly regarded
- Light Rigid truck license desirable but not compulsory
- Water treatment process experience desirable but not compulsory
