On behalf of our client, Woodside - a Global Energy Company, Brunel is actively sourcing a Purchase Requisition & Invoice Specialist to join their Onshore Projects Team. This will be a 12 month parental leave contract with a possible view to extend depending on the workload. To commence as soon as possible located at their ‘state of the art’ CBD premises.
You will be responsible for:
- Creation of Purchase Requisitions for Onshore / Offshore Projects, SS&PL and IPP using MSR and eBro processes
- Creation of Service
- Assisting with invoice queries
- Sending ServiceNow Requests to Procurement and Accounts Payable
- Provide New Starters, Graduates and Vacation Students with a ‘Procurement Induction’ (from MSR/eBro to Vendor Payment)
- Educating internal stakeholders how to fill in the MSR/eBro template and raising awareness of P2P Process
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Ensure that invoices are paid in accordance with contracted terms and conditions and on time
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports to show invoice payment performance and any actions to address issues
- Support other teams when required
- Solid knowledge of SAP
- Exposure to SAP 4 Hana will be well received
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role
- Working knowledge of timesheet & Invoice verification experience
- Strong Attention to detail – ie ability to reconcile invoices with purchase orders
- Confident communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Background in Projects environment will be advantageous
- Knowledge of the Procure to Pay process - desirable
