Senior Customer Invoicing Specialist

We have a strong team of employees who work in a fast-paced, high-performing, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.Opportunity exists for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Customer Invoicing Specialist to join our finance team. The Senior Customer Invoicing Specialist will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing, and maintaining excellent communication with our customers.Your day to day responsibilities will include;Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process, including generating invoices, verifying billing information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide clarification on invoicing matters.Maintain billing systems and software to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning properly.Keep detailed records of invoicing activities and generate reports to track billing metrics such as revenue, outstanding invoices, and payment trends.Identify opportunities to streamline invoicing processes and improve efficiency.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to invoicing and revenue recognition.The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have:5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an environment dealing with multiple business entities or branches.Strong understanding of invoicing processes, accounting principles, and billing software.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Resilience and maturity with the ability to work within a collaborative team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.The Benefits of joining Access GroupA competitive remuneration package aligned with your experience and qualifications.The opportunity to work for a well-established and secure organisation.
