Due to increase in requirements on an ongoing project, an opportunity has now arisen for a QA Compliance Associate to perform document updates and data analyses for an audit preparation.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Associate Director, key duties include the following:
- Review & update documents for quality review & coordinate all quality documentation for audit.
- Gather & analyse data & generate reports for quality audits.
- Assist in the management of Quality management systemss such as Trackwise Audit System.
- Support different projects & participate in project meetings.
- Effectively liaise with all internal and external key stakeholders.
About You:The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Scienc, Engineering or Pharmaceutical
science. - Specific experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Experience in GxP regulated environment with a sound understanding of regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in Document Management & Quality management systems.
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office skills & experience with docnet & Trackwise.
- Experience working with different stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational & analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
