Salary A day in the life…
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager and leading a team of QA professionals, key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead a quality improvement-driven team to strive for consumer satisfaction, elimination of loss and waste in all process streams, and a consumer quality focus in all operations employees.
Contribute to the development of competence of quality professionals.
Promote quality awareness and commitment to quality across the unit.
Ensure maintenance and execution of all elements of the Quality System.
Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions and tools in the area of technical expertise.
Contribute to define and follow-up on quality KPIs.
Set operational objectives in collaboration with the Factory Quality Manager.
Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect.
Support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
Support unit readiness for internal and external audits.
Performs trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.
What will make you successful
Able to pass a pre-employment medical, and clear police check.
Joining a collaborative team of specialists, you will be a strong leader with a drive to deliver quality outcomes.
3+ experience within Food manufacturing.
Understanding & experience in quality assurance programs.
Experience leading project teams and being part of a change effort.
Participating in audit teams and/or improvement projects with more senior staff members.
Developed communication and a proven capacity to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality
