This is where memories are made - from welcoming our customers at check in, hosting them in our lounge, to looking after them on board, we deliver the best in service and customer care. As a Customer Service Agent- Qantas Club, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the lounge, assisting our members and customers with a premium experience in our lounge and role modelling our Qantas lounge service standards.
