- The company is a well-known organisation who is currently undergoing substantial growth. Located not far from Melbourne CBD, this organisation provides testing services to a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, food and chemical
- They are seeking an experienced HPLC chemist who displays initiative and is self-motived
- Monday – Friday, standard working hours
- Testing raw materials & finished products by HPLC on a daily basis
- Method development and Validation on HPLC along with troubleshooting of instruments
- Involvement in ongoing project work
- Calibrating instruments in the Laboratory
- Report writing and data entry
- General housekeeping.
- Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of demonstrated relevant industry experience in a GMP environment
- Strong laboratory skills and experience in HPLC methodology
- Familiarity with Empower or Chromeleon is advantageous
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team or independently
