As the People, Culture and Engagement (PCE) Business Analyst you will play a key role in facilitating business change initiatives at Healthscope. In this role, you will be strategically defining business problems via in-depth data analyses and information gathering. After clearly understanding the problem, you will define the detailed requirements of the ‘solution’ and ensure the delivered solution meets the business and stakeholder requirements.
Reporting into the Head of Workforce Strategy and Analytics, you will rely heavily on data and science-based evidence to help drive PCE and business transformation. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including PCE, Data and Analytics, and Information Technology, you will play a key role in simplifying processes, continuous improvement, innovation and digital enhancements.
This is a newly established role and function that has been growing over the past year with enormous opportunities in providing value to Healthscope and the healthcare industry. This is an opportunity to be a critical change agent and problem-solver in one of the most rewarding industries.
Key Accountabilities
Primary Activities:
· Work with all PCE portfolios and stakeholders to understand their strategic needs and problems
· Utilising quantitative and qualitative data to validate problems and solutions
· Being proactive and strategic in delivering the PCE strategy
· Developing and delivering PCE reports monthly (including c-level board reports)
· Collaborating with the Operational teams to ensure alignment with PCE strategy and direction
· Responsible for workforce related metrics – ensuring business understanding and relevance
· Collaborating with the Data and Analytics team to develop digital dashboards built with PowerBI
· Developing and delivering training and education of workforce metrics across the business
· Collaborating with PCE vendors (e.g. Qualtrics) to integrate data into relevant dashboards and reports

Qualifications for Success
Mandatory:
· 3+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst
· Tertiary qualifications in a related field
Desirable:
· Healthcare industry experience
