About the role
The QHSE Advisor role is particularly responsible for driving/managing the QHSE policy and QHSE management plans implementation, ensuring compliance to QHSE systems, regulatory, client and business requirements.
The role is also responsible for providing coaching and instruction to the frontline leaders, contractors, Operations Managers and Contract Management Teams so that they are continually taking responsibility for the safety of themselves and their teams and also driving to achieve QHSE goals, targets and continual improvement whilst maintaining a key focus on our Clients.

The Ideal candidate
- A formal management qualification in QHSE management.
- Senior level membership of the relevant country QHSE professional body.
- Significant and relevant post qualification experience.
- A practical and demonstrable knowledge of liaising with enforcement agency / insurers.
- Previous experience in QHSE risk management strategy development and implementation
- Previous experience in QHSE resource, evaluation, management
- Previous experience in Monitoring / Analysis of performance
- Development and implementation of policy and process
- Ability to positively articulate QHSE through presentation
- Event investigation & analysis to drive improvements
- Development and delivery of QHSE training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
