You’re now ready for a new challenge and opportunity to take the lead in driving Queensland’s results in this high-growth industry.
You’ll report to the National Operations Manager and manage a team of direct and indirect reports. There are two offices in Queensland, located in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
You’ll have targets across profit, revenue, margins, safety, environmental, employee productivity and service performance.
Ideally, you have a background in operations with an understanding of how a trade services business operates and understand its key drivers, along with the ability to marry up between the analytical data and the real time/day to day operations.
Our client is a rapidly expanding services organisation with offices in QLD, VIC, NSW, WA, NT, and plans for major expansion in every state and territory over the next few years.
