General Manager for SEVR EV Chargers (SEVR.au)

SEVR needs a well rounded individual that can be responsible to grow sales, manage clients, strategise and budget. Call it a GM for a startup or whatever you like, you must be driven to achieve targets and manage high growth pressurised environments.
Back of house operations (marketing, product & finance) will be managed by our group team and direction will be created with the CEO. Daily operations will be completely directed and controlled by yourself.
Your short term goal is to take the assets, products, and opportunity, and turn it into a thriving enterprise. Your long term goal as part of our group is to turn the company into a $30M well rounded power house with diverse sales of battery storage, EV charging, and other renewable products.
KPI's include:
- Creating, managing and working with clients to increase monthly revenue to align with targets agreed on with CEO
- Creating & maintaining a basic business plan aligned with a strategic budget
