Situated in Salamanca square is a family owned and operated restaurant for 20years specialising in classic Greek cuisine.

Are presently seeking a Qualified Chef to join the team and assist the owner in all aspects of the operation of the kitchen. 
 

The position is initially offered on a casual basis with attractive hours and pay and the potential for full-time employment after a trial period. 
 

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

• Full qualifications 
• A minimum of 2 years in a similar high paced position
• A strong ability to manage the main pass and control of dockets
• The ability to coordinate all sections of the kitchen to execute meals in a timely manner 
• Strong preparation skills
• Availability to work split shifts 
• A passionate and strong work ethic
• Availability for an immediate start
• Previous experience with the Greek cuisine is not essential but advantageous
