Position Overview: 

We are currently in search of an experienced, motivated person with a great attitude to join our accomplished team. In your role as a technician, you will complete servicing, repairing and performance upgrades on Volkswagen vehicles.  

Your key responsibilities will encompass comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, routine maintenance, adept issue troubleshooting, and, above all, delivering an exemplary customer experience.

What the role entails: 

• Carrying out vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as per repair orders and diagnosing problem jobs 
• Maintaining a sound knowledge of Volkswagen products and services 
• Following ELSA-PRO instructions and warranty processes consistently 
• Assisting in maintaining a safe and clean workshop environment.  
• Maintaining a positive attitude and working well in a team environment, where team culture is a key ingredient to our collective result. 
• The Volkswagen technical pathway is on offer to further your career and future opportunities. 

What we are looking for: 

• Volkswagen, Skoda, or Audi technical training is preferred but not mandatory. 
• Automotive Technician/Mechanic Certificate. 
• Strong communication skills 
• Current Drivers licence 
• An individual who takes pride in their work by producing high quality workmanship.
