About the Role
This pivotal, fast-paced role will suit a detail orientated, organised individual who can work within a diverse, changing environment, with the highest regard being placed on safety, exceptional customer service & accuracy.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity (38 hours – Monday to Friday), based from our Kewdale, Michelin accredited tyre retreading facility & reporting to the Retreading General Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer service including management of orders, invoices & answering enquiries.
- Scheduling the entire customer lifecycle from ordering through to pickup & delivery.
- Coordinating administrative tasks to support quality standards & accurate records.
- Overseeing the production schedule, ensuring production, quality & safety targets are met.
- Troubleshooting problems in the production process.
- Creation & maintaining of production records.
- Conducting regular production quality checks to assess compliance with Michelin quality systems.
- Facilitating audits & training sessions in line with Michelin standards & requirements.
- Verifying & coordination timesheets for accurate payroll processing.
- Ad hoc and general administration duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an administration role.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management, organisation & attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills – especially Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem solving & conflict resolution skills.
- Desire to learn, grow, and build a stable, long-term career in the industry.
- Experience within a quality control role and/or manufacturing environment (desirable)
