About the Role: 

Based at our West Leederville office, we are seeking an experienced  Administrator who has had previous experience providing support to the project and corporate teams. 

The QA QC Administrator role is to provide timely and efficient all round administrative support to the Quality Team.  Working with the Quality Manager, this is a hands-on role including quality reporting, maintaining registers & preparing & formatting documentation as well as general administration.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • General document preparation & formatting - and administrative support including report generation and minutes of meetings.
  • Inspection Assignment administration including not limited to; receipt of NOI’s, allocate, update and maintain inspection report register, final review and formatting of inspection reports before formal issuance to all parties including client and internal. 
  • Internal audits and support activities including not limited to; confirm and plan dates for internal audits and support activities, format/compile audit questionnaires, track progress and issue monthly updates on progress.
  • Non conformances; maintain and coordinate NCR register project and corporate, track weekly reporting of project NCRs, track status of project NCRs, follow up on close out/ verification and assist where required.
  • Minute Taking; project meetings ad hoc and fortnightly team meetings.
  • Support the team in the development of templates, plans, process or work instructions as required.
  • Understanding of document control including spot checks of documentation and processes.
  • Support of the procurement process; distribution of tasks to relevant team members, follow up to ensure activities are completed.
  • Demonstrate exceptional prioritization skills and a knack for problem solving to drive continuous improvement.
  • General administration tasks as required; raise travel requests, expense claims and adhoc duties as required.
  • Electronic filing where necessary.
  • Track and assist the team with travel calendar.
  • Reports received and filed

Required experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer literacy skills with advanced knowledge of MS applications, PDF editing and SharePoint
  • Logical and methodical in approach to all tasks and projects.
  • Friendly, easy going and hardworking demeanour – willing to get involved with tasks at all levels.
  • Ability to work efficiently, effectively and to hard deadlines,
  • Willingness to work on a range of projects as workload dictates,
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team oriented and prepared to roll your sleeves up and get the job done.
