We welcome an experienced Quality Advisor to join our team working across our sites located in south-east Melbourne.
The Quality Advisor will work collaboratively with General Managers are care teams to provide support, education and assistance to ensure continued delivery of exceptional clinical care for our residents.
This includes, but is not limited to monitoring, reviewing and evaluating TLC’s quality systems to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing
Manage and evaluate internal assessments audits
Collaborate with the wider teams to support continuous quality improvement
Demonstrate empathy, respect and dignity towards our residents
Support strategies to provide quality care to people living with dementia
Ensure compliance and accreditation standards are achieved

Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1)
Workplace Training Qualifications
Current AHPRA registration
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
NDIS Check
