About the Role We are seeking a Quality Advisor– Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, for a Permanent – Part-Time role (0.6 Hours/week) opportunity in THQ Blackburn. Purpose of the Role: Quality Manager – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will support the implementation of TSA’s DEI strategy by ensuring that the DEI strategy embeds TSAs Quality and Safeguarding Frameworks.

The key focus will include supporting the achievement of various accreditation standards including Rainbow Tick. Also, this role will support implementation of the different components of TSA’s quality system including: Lived Experience and Participation Framework Safeguarding Review of complaints and incidents from people with protected characteristics Review of related policy and procedures Continuous Improvement Key Responsibilities: You will be successful in this role if you can: Represents the Quality and Safeguarding Department on the organization-wide DEI project team to develop and implement the DEI strategy. Collaborate and support the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team to develop and implement the DEI strategy Acts as a key resource to ensure the DEI strategy is aligned with the Quality and Safeguarding Frameworks Provides analysis of regulatory frameworks for relevant accreditation and certification Support the development of continuous improvement processes related to DEI Undertakes an analysis of DEI related accreditations currently held within TSA and provide guidance to executive on other accreditation pathways that should be considered.

Support the General Manager to develop the quarterly Quality and Safety Committee DEI report Develops relationships with a range of existing and new partnerships that improve TSA’s profile as a Christian organization that is committed to inclusive practice. Provides specialist advice in the areas of diversity, Equity and Inclusion in relation to quality and safeguarding frameworks.

Qualifications and Experience: Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields related to community services, allied and mental health or public policy Experience developing quality and safeguarding frameworks that promoted diversity, Equity and Inclusion Experience working in community services, social services, faith communities or other relevant sectors Strong communicator and ability to adapt to different stakeholders at all levels and styles Experience in working on confidential and sensitive matters with tact and discretion Experience in managing challenging conversations with stakeholders Strong ability to build partnerships across different stakeholder groups Requirements of the Role: A national police and WWCC check is required.
