This pivotal role provides essential financial and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the efficiency of our RAMC GEN3 Project.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable processes, including raising, updating purchase orders, and goods/ services receipting including cash sales and bank reconciliations.
- Handle end-of-month procedures such as generating sales invoices, setting up pricing in the system, stock reconciliations, and cost tracking.
- Undertake general administrative tasks including arranging meetings, coordinating functions, performing reception duties, and document control and distribution.
- Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain various operational registers and compile periodical reports.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and team members to facilitate the administrative aspects of our operations.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a construction environment with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and external partners.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel essential, with JDE experience preferred.
